    A Vacation Rental in the Heart of the Catskills

    You'll know you're about to have a perfect Catskills getaway the minute you unlock the door. Inviting, impeccably maintained, and rustic yet modern, our cabin features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two lofts, and plenty of space for entertaining and gathering both inside and out. The perfect home away from home for up to 10 guests!


    The cabin has everything you'll need and more: an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a farmhouse table that seats 10, plenty of firewood, relaxing bedrooms with 800+ count sheets in the summer and L.L. Bean flannel sheets in the winter, bathroom with lots of plush towels, and so much more.


    Outdoors, enjoy abundant gathering space including a bluestone patio, charcoal grills, a pizza oven, a firepit, a 16-foot wood table, a two-tier deck with valley views, Adirondack chairs, and loungers - all surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the Catskills landscape.


    We welcome your dogs, but due to owner allergy, no cats please.

    A Picture Perfect Event Space for Your Occasion

    Whether you are exchanging wedding vows, throwing a fabulous birthday party or hosting a reunion, our barn is the perfect event space for your occasion. With gorgeous views of the valley, the barn is surrounded by a beautiful stonewall, majestic spruces, river birches, perennials gardens, and a manicured lawn.


    Our barn is beautifully appointed with reclaimed wood, metal, and antique furniture. With a bar, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bathrooms, it is perfectly suited to host up to seated 65 guests, max capacity is 80 people.


    The barn is rented separately from the cabin. Depending on your needs, we'll create the perfect package for you, and are happy to recommend local vendors to help make your event unforgettable.


    An example of a wedding package is $6000 and includes the following:

    • 8 rustic wood and metal tables and 80 metal chairs, sweetheart table, DJ table, and cake table
    • 2 buffet tables (wood and metal too but slightly different design then the above mentioned tables).  
    • 11' Antique bar which remains under the patio overhang (this does not move)
    • Kitchen includes fridge, ice machine, gas range, dishwasher and ice machine. We have stand up beverage tubs and assorted smaller ones too that you may use. Caterer can easily pull up to staging area and unload.
    • We just added an outdoor pizza oven in the catering prep area
    • Bathrooms includes 1 handicap/mens stall and 2 female stalls
    • Wood ring for firepit and stools for fire pit
    • We set up tables and chair layout in the barn so you don't have to
    • Includes clean up of barn and garbage removal
    • Must obtain $1,000,000 Insurance, usually runs about $150 from Wedsafe.
    • Driveway can hold around 25 -30 cars. We do recommend car/van service as we are located in the mountains and most people are not familiar with driving without street lights. 
    • Music is allowed until 11pm (last call for bar 10:30), however, may use fire pit afterwards
    • You will have access day before to decorate, day of and day after to remove decorations, so you can also be present when vendors drop off and pick up. Im usually present for this as well as long as you coordinate with me.
    • The price does include a small rehearsal dinner and brunch at the cabin (up to 20 people) if you rent the cabin.
    • I will be present day of wedding as a point of contact if you need anything and coordinate vendor arrival and positioning.
    • You may choose where you would like to have your ceremony.  We do have a ceremony spot on the upper lawn under trees with alpines as the backdrop, if you would like to exchange vows there.  However, we've had a ceremony on lower lawn, on the deck and on the side of the cabin, too. 

    Happy to recommend vendors upon booking. I'm very hands on so if you need anything, I am happy to help and coordinate. We've had food trucks to NYC caterers cook out of our kitchen for sit down dinners to Buffet BBQs. If you want to speak to any of my couples I am happy to share that as well.
